If you’re looking for a way to play flag football in Minnesota, you should consider the NFF Leagues. They are affiliated with NFL FLAG, the official flag football league of the NFL, and they offer official Vikings NFL team jerseys and NFL FLAG belts for all players. You can sign up for the spring season, which starts in March, and join a league that suits your age and skill level. Another great option is the Vikings Flag Football League. This league is affiliated with the NFL FLAG program and offers a no-contact, team-oriented environment for boys and girls of all skill levels from Pre-K to 8th grade. The Spring 2024 season will run for seven weeks, starting on April 21st and ending on June 9th. All games and practices will be held on Sundays at various locations across the state, such as Anoka, Blaine, Champlin Park, Centennial, Eastern Carver County, Eden Prairie, Forest Lake, Maple Grove/Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, Mounds View, Prior Lake/Savage, Spring Lake Park and St. Paul. The league follows a 5 vs. 5 format, with each team having up to 11 players. Each player will receive a reversible NFL FLAG jersey and a set of flags. The league also provides coaches, referees, game balls and field equipment. i9 Sports Flag Football League is a statewide coed league for ages 4 to 14 that runs from September to November. The games are played on Saturdays at various locations in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Farmington, Lakeville, and Rosemount.

The registration fee is $149 per player and includes a reversible jersey, flag belt, and participation award. The league focuses on fun, safety, and sportsmanship. Minnesota Flag Football is one of the largest flag football organizations in the country. Minnesota Flag Football offers leagues, tournaments and events for players of all ages and skill levels in various locations across the state. Minnesota Flag Football has four main categories of programs: youth, adult, corporate and special events. Here is a brief overview of each category:

Youth: Minnesota Flag Football offers youth leagues for boys and girls from kindergarten to 12th grade. Minneapolis

The flag football programs offered by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) include adult flag football leagues for men and women in various skill levels and formats. The leagues run from September to November and are played on synthetic turf fields at various locations in Minneapolis. The FCA Sports Leagues stands for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and their vision is to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. They offer leagues for boys and girls in grades 1-6, as well as camps, on-campus ministries, and coaches’ studies.

The FCA Flag Football League runs from September to October, and the registration fee is $95. The league is open to boys and girls in grades 3-6, and teams are divided by grade level. The league focuses on developing football skills, teamwork, and character. Teams practice once a week and play games on Saturdays at Autumn Ridge Church or Calvary Evangelical Free Church. Each team also participates in a devotional and prayer each week.

The FCA Champion Basketball League runs from January to February, and the registration fee is also $95. The league is open to boys and girls in grades 1-6, and teams are divided by grade level. The league focuses on developing basketball skills, teamwork, and character. Teams practice once a week and play games on Saturdays at various church gyms in Rochester. Each team also participates in a devotional and prayer each week.

Duluth
