Utah Flag Football League: This is a local league that offers flag football for boys and girls ages 5 to 18 in Salt Lake City, Sandy, Draper, Riverton, Herriman, South Jordan, West Jordan, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Orem, Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork, Payson and Santaquin. Dixie State University Intramural Sports offers flag football leagues for students, faculty and staff of the university. The leagues are coed and divided by skill level. The registration is open from August 23 to September 9. The cost is $25 per team, which includes a t-shirt for each player. The games are played on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Hansen Stadium. The season starts on September 14 and ends on October 28. Salt Lake City

If you are looking for a fun and social way to play flag football in Utah, you might want to check out the Beehive Sport and Social Club. This club offers Sunday afternoon flag football leagues for players of all skill levels, with at least five divisions to choose from. The league rules are available on their website .

The league format is 8v8 coed, with a minimum of three women on the field at all times. You can sign up as a team captain, a free agent, or a small group of friends. The registration fee is $65 per player until February 15, and $75 after that. The spring season starts on April 7 and the deadline to register is also April 7. The games are played at Sunnyside Park in Salt Lake City.

The Utah Flag League is the original and largest flag football league in the state, with over 20 years of experience and multiple formats and divisions to suit your preferences. The Utah Flag League offers two main formats: 8 on 8 and 5 on 5. The 8 on 8 format is more traditional, with blocking and rushing allowed. The 5 on 5 format is more fast-paced, with no blocking or rushing. There are also coed and women’s divisions available, as well as corporate and 35 and over leagues coming soon.

The Utah Flag League is based in Salt Lake City, but serves all of Utah. The games are played at Oquirrh Elementary School in West Jordan, a suburb of Salt Lake City. The league runs two seasons per year: spring and fall. The spring season starts on March 30th and ends on June 22nd. The fall season starts on August 24th and ends on November 16th. There are no games on May 25th or October 4th.

The league is very flexible and accommodating to the teams’ scheduling preferences. Teams can choose which days of the week they want to play (Tuesday nights or Saturdays) and request byes or time parameters if they have players unavailable or other commitments. The league also tries to match teams with similar skill levels and styles of play.

The registration fee for the Utah Flag League is $500 per team for the 5 on 5 format, $550 per team for the 8 on 8 format, and $350 per team for the coed format. The fee includes an 8-game regular season plus playoffs. The league provides referees, flags, field markers, trophies, and prizes.

SLC Sports Complex: This facility offers a variety of sports and fitness programs, including flag football leagues for adults and youth. The leagues run from September to November, and the registration fee is $450 per team for adults and $350 per team for youth. The games are played on the Spence Eccles Field House, which is a large indoor turf field that can accommodate up to four games at a time. The facility also has two ice rinks, an indoor pool, a fitness area, and a group fitness room. Salt Lake City School District: This district offers flag football programs for elementary and middle school students as part of its after-school activities. The Roy City Parks and Recreation Department offers youth flag football for boys and girls from kindergarten to 9th grade. St. George

Flag Football for Adults

St George Parks & Community Services offers three levels of flag football leagues for adults: Recreation, Competitive and Prep-League. The Recreation league is for beginners and intermediate players who want to have fun and enjoy the game. The Competitive league is for advanced players who want to compete at a higher level and challenge themselves. The Prep-League is for players who want to prepare for the upcoming tackle football season or keep their skills sharp.

The registration for the Fall  season is open from July 1 to August 31. The cost is $400 per team, which includes 8 regular season games and a single elimination tournament. The games are played on Monday and Wednesday nights at Bloomington Park and Little Valley Park. The season starts on September 13 and ends on November 10.

Flag Football for Youth

St George Parks & Community Services also offers flag football programs for youth from kindergarten to 8th grade. The programs are coed and divided by grade level. The goal is to teach the fundamentals of flag football, promote sportsmanship and have fun.

The registration for the Fall season is open from July 1 to August 31. The cost is $40 per player, which includes a jersey, 8 regular season games and a participation award. The games are played on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday nights at various locations in the city. The season starts on September 13 and ends on November 10.

Ultimate Flag

What is Ultimate Flag?

Ultimate Flag is a flag football league that follows the NFL Flag rules and format. It is a non-contact sport that emphasizes teamwork, skill development, and sportsmanship. Players wear NFL Flag reversible jerseys and belts, and play 5 vs 5 on a smaller field. Each team has 7 to 10 players, and every player gets equal playing time. There are no tryouts or drafts, and teams are formed by friend or coach request. Single players are also welcome and will be placed on teams.

Ultimate Flag has different divisions for different grade levels, from kindergarten to eighth grade. Each division has its own championship tournament at the end of the season, where the winners receive championship gifts. The league also provides an NFL Flag game ball for each head coach, and team sponsors for each team.

How to join Ultimate Flag?

To register for Ultimate Flag, you need to create an account on their website and choose the program that suits your grade level and location. West Valley City

West Valley City offers two youth flag football programs for different age groups and seasons: the 7-on-7 league and the summer 5-on-5 league. Both programs are run by the West Valley Family Fitness Center, a community recreation facility that provides various sports and fitness activities for residents of all ages.

The 7-on-7 league is for children ages 7 to 12 years old. It runs on Wednesday evenings from September 4th to October 9th. The registration fee is $30 per child and it opens on June 1st. The summer 5-on-5 league is for boys and girls in grades 1st through 8th. It runs from June 5th to July 20th. The registration fee is also $30 per child and it ends on May 19th. The summer league is part of the Junior Jazz program, which means that participants will receive a Jr Jazz jersey, a Jazz ticket, and a certificate of participation. The games will be played at APA II (3663 W. 3100 S.) and the Family Fitness Center (5415 W. 3100 S.). You can also check your schedule and roster online.

Both programs are recreational leagues where scores and standings are not kept and having fun is emphasized. The coaches are volunteers who are trained and screened by the Fitness Center staff. The staff also organizes picture days for each program, but the cost of pictures is not included in the registration fee.

Gridiron Football

Gridiron Football – Utah is great for first timers, kids who participate in other sports, and experienced athletes. Flag football provides the same excitement and development as real football, without the contact. You can also request to play with your friends or family on the same team, or volunteer to coach your own team. Gridiron Football – Utah will provide you with the materials and training you need to be a successful coach.

The Spring season will start on April 13 and end on May 25. There will be a skills clinic on April 6 to help you improve your game. The games will be played on Saturdays only, with a 45-minute practice before each game. The games will consist of two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime. The game format may vary based on the number of athletes in each age group.

The registration fees are as follows:

– Early Bird – $149 until December 15
– Regular – $169 until February 28
– Late fee – $189 until March 15

The registration fee includes an official Gridiron Football Flag Football Uniform and an official Gridiron Football Flag Belt. You will need to bring your own rubber cleats or sneakers (no metal spikes) and mouth-guards (required at all times during practice and games).
