Falcons Flag Football in Georgia

Join the largest youth flag football organization in the country! This 7-practice/6-game season held on Fridays and Sundays (depending on the league location) is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, co-ed format. Try to limit teams to 10-11 players to maximize playing time.

This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!

Games will take place between 5:00pm – 10:00pm Friday evenings and 10:00 am – 7:00 pm on Sunday afternoons (subject to change depending on field availability and league size and location). Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date.

Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all! Schedule times can vary from week to week and slight changes may occur to the schedule after initial posting. Please refer back to Schedule (nffmatrix.com) for your most updated schedules throughout the season. Once rosters are confirmed, you will get a notification that the team pages are ready. Participants will receive an NFL reversible jersey and flag belt, theirs to keep!

Kindergarten through 3rd Grade divisions (Lombardi and Shula) will receive individual participation medals at the end of the season. Madden divisions (4th through 8th grade) will participate in playoff games on the last day of the season. Only the 1st and 2nd place Madden teams will receive trophies and/or medals! Our program relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! Each team will have up to 3 (max) volunteers assigned. We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. Positions available are Head Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Manager. We will provide several resources along with a comprehensive coach meeting to ensure all coaches have a fun and successful season!

Registration will be from December 1st, 2023 – March 3rd, 2024. Registrations may be accepted after the deadline based on the availability on teams and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.
